Filmmakers Boot Camp – Level I

Filmmakers rotate through key crew positions while working together on a short film produced in one fast-paced week. We provide a bare-bones script, the filmmakers provide the inspiration. A great way to experience firsthand the working environment of a film set. Students will learn core planning, lighting, shooting and editing skills, as well as techniques for positive collaboration. Evening screenings provide context with a mix of classic and contemporary films and illuminating discussions. All lab fees and lunches are included; dinner break is 5PM to 7PM.
